Description

In this second Jack and Jenny Mystery, the Carltons head to Hong Kong on another family business trip. Memories of their involvement with smugglers during their last visit are still vivid in their minds, and Jack and Jenny are anxious for another adventure with their Chinese friends, Ruth and Tim Chen.

The parents assure themselves that such an encounter was a once in a lifetime experience and not likely to happen again, but the four inquisitive children secretly hope for another adventure. Sure enough, they soon find themselves captives on the Twin Dragon at the mercy of dangerous criminals who pulled off the ingenious armored-car robbery.

Anthony Bollback, with his intriguing way of telling stories with a purpose, has again skillfully interwoven the twins’ exploits with the deeper thread of their strong faith in God. The excitement of the Carlton twins’ close call with robbers will hold the young readers’ attention while it impresses on them the importance of a belief in and close relationship with God.
